One shared case file: take in an incident, sort it, route it, and close it out on a single timeline every authorized party can trust. The engine is built and tested on the platform; the in-app screen is the next piece to ship.

What it does

  • A status history nobody can rewrite
  • Built on the same foundation as every other app

On the roadmap — the honest status

The case engine and its database are built and tested in the platform today (commit “Case & Incident Management — engine”). What’s left is the in-app screen, which is in active build.
