Terms of Service
The agreement between your organization and WeShield for use of the platform. This is a draft template pending review by counsel.
The service
WeShield provides a multi-tenant platform for grant discovery, application drafting, award and reporting management, and related civic-impact workflows. We grant your organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform during your subscription.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for maintaining the confidentiality of your accounts, and for ensuring your use complies with applicable law and any funder requirements. You retain ownership of all data you submit.
AI-assisted features
AI features propose drafts, scores, and discoveries. They are assistive only — a human reviews and ratifies every output before it has effect. WeShield does not warrant that AI output is accurate, complete, or suitable for submission without review.
Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update the platform and these terms; material changes will be communicated to workspace administrators.
Termination
You may stop using the platform and export or erase your workspace data at any time from Settings. On termination, we delete tenant data in line with the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
